This Privacy Policy describes how RepKit Inc. collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the RepKit mobile application ("App"). By using RepKit, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive confirmation that you have an active subscription but do not receive or store your payment card details. Subscription management data is handled by RevenueCat.

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers located in the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
AI query data may be retained for up to 90 days to support service improvement, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (2) request deletion of your personal information; (3) opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and (4) not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or obtain a copy of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability. Our legal basis for processing is your consent (given at account creation) and the performance of our contract with you. RepKit is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice such as an in-app notification or email.
